It snowed last week in Atlanta and everyone had a lot of fun. Even Bowen got to go outside for a little while, and Bob got to build a snowman when he got home from work. The snow was gone by the time we woke up the next day, but that did not stop the mall from closing early or about 50 baptist churches from canceling their services two days later.

I love it! Same in VA, people go nuts when it snows. They lay down two inches of salt on every road for one inch of (predicted) snow and cancel schools based on forecasts for flurries.
I am jealous!! We are having a blizzard in Idaho today and only a few places are closed and only a few schools canceled. Our neighboring school is sending kids home, ours is sending them out for recess!!! It is freezing!!! And very wet!
The snow looks fun, but chilly! I can't get over Bowen! It's like you're babysitting someone else's kid and kept him in all your family pics! I don't even recognize him!

How fun!! We are having white out conditions and it is too cold to play outside. The days that it has been warm she has been sick or we have been out of town. I am going to get a Blog going so I can keep in better touch. Miss you guys. I want to nibble on that little Bowen!!! Love Aunt Laurie
That's awesome how people react to the snow. It snowed here a lot yesterday and everything was shut down, and it was supposed to snow last night, but it rained, so it is hard to gear for a normal day...I want to stay in my robe all day like yesterday!
I'm not a snow girl but I bet your boys loved it.
